The Head of Kurdistan Democratic Party's Political Bureau Fadhil Mirani said during a televised interview with Kurdistan TV that the KDP and Patriotic Union of Kurdistan that they will continue to engage in dialogue and have a common analysis for unity.
Mr Mirani said both parties have a mutual agenda on the current conditions on in the Kurdistan Region and indicated a sense of responsibility. He added that without power sharing between the parties the government cannot function and would marginalise political sides.
Both sides have agreed to assume meetings until a resolution is reached in order to ensure security in the region.
Regarding Yosef Mohamed and the performance in the functioning of the parliament, Mr Mirani pointed out that the presidency of the parliament and especially the speaker, did not succeed in management and could not keep the political conflicts of parliament, and therefore must change the Speaker of Parliament in a legal context.
