Hawrami: The practice of democracy and political achievements aspires interest to coordinate with the KDP

Hemin Hawrami has said that the Kurdistan Democratic Party welcomes institutions which concentrate on political developments in the region and will cooperate with them to strengthen mutual ties after receiving a delegation from the Scotland-based 'Kurdish Knowledge Centre'.

The Head of KDP's Foreign Relations Office emphasised on the practice of democracy it stipulates and said their ruling commitments have asserted a sharp change in a political direction in the region, and that they have achieved success. Mr Hawrami also added that the KDP carries a heavy burden that enables it to "keep up with the changes and solve problems."

The head of the delegation noted the objective of their visit and stressed on working with the KDP to establish a joint-centre for the procurement of their political and social activities.

The delegation included; Dr Elodie Sellar , The Founder and Co-director of Kurdish Knowledge Centre, David Pratt, the Media Consultant, Dr John MacDonald, Director of the Scottish Global Forum and the senior advisor of Kurdish Knowledge Centre, Colin Fleming, 2012-2015 Project Leader on Defiance and Security, ESRC of UK & Scotland Programmer, Center on Constitutional Change Employment-Teaching/Administration experience and Arman Zandi, Director of Kurdish Knowledge Centre-Scotland.
