President Barzani receives Nuri al-Maliki, head of State of Law Coalition

Pirmam, November 22, 2025 — President Masoud Barzani today met with Mr. Nuri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition. The two sides reviewed the results of the Iraqi parliamentary elections and the post-election phase, emphasizing the need to translate the outcomes into service to the Iraqi people. They also discussed the political situation in Iraq and the region and agreed to continue consultations, maintaining coordination and mutual cooperation among parties in the Iraqi political process.
